This place suits me perfectly! It offers everything I need, like free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and a lovely restaurant. The staff once helped me find my lost bracelet, which I still remember. Highly recommended!

The venue's position was very central. Plus it was max 25 mins walk to the lake.

Excellent location adjacent to the Ashmolean Museum, it's very central. There's Opera Cafe around 10-15 minutes walk from the hotel, they have tea/coffee/desserts.

Every time in Oxford, I choose this place. The atmosphere of the hotel is cosy. The location is magnificent and lovely, 10 minutes' walk to a second-largest library. It's based in busy area, opposite Ashmolean museum.

Location, very friendly reception, parking spaces available, but expensive, old stylish building, but in need of renovation; price for location is right, breakfast good.
Bed was relatively small for 2 persons, mattress laid through, at the entrance and in the corridors it smells slightly of sewage, drain problem at the sink, inexperienced serving staff at breakfast, but it all was forgivable.

Very beautiful interior, decent service: registration, porter. Shower sets of good quality, soft and pleasant towels. I really liked the postcard with the hotel view.
continental breakfast is poor.

The location of the hotel is very central and convenient. The staff was friendly, helpful and professional. The beds were very comfortable and the equipment of the room was ok. Bar and restaurant are also recommended.
The venue is a bit "outdated", but fits wonderfully into the surroundings and reflects the charm of Oxford.

staff were fantastic, hotel very nice but a little dated and pompous.
the staff were so good that I almost forgot about the overpriced room, overpriced car parking, overpriced bar, overpriced phone calls and when every little side street coffee bar in oxford can afford to include free wireless internet in the price of their core product so too should a 5 star hotel.

Great location, staff is very hardworking
The venue is a little bit old, the breakfast had no five-star level.

The situation's perfect, right in the centre. The staff is extremely kind and tries to take care of every wish patiently. The rooms are well equipped.
The hotel's really huge! I got lost on my way to my room every time.

The rooms are very nice and clean. Also the hotel as a whole is very British and pretty!
The bar is too small and offers only a small selection. The staff at the reception and restaurant was nice and courteous, but we had experienced a better service.

Excellent location
Took forever to check in - not enough staff. Inadequate lobby size during check in / check out times - very crowded. Creaking floor boards means every step of every guest / staff member in the passage ways echoes through the rooms. Cooked breakfast obviously had a lengthy stay in the bain marie before dishing up.

A lovely large twin room with large bathroom. Very comfortable beds. Good location opposite the Ashmolean museum and near to colleges, shops and restaurants.
There is nothing significant to complain about. Trivial - a more modern flat screen TV, but we didn't go to Oxford to watch TV! Were some signs in the bathroom of previous occupants.

I liked best the fact that the atmosphere was very relaxing, especially in the dining-room and lounge areas (the ones I frequented), even when staff were obviously very busy. Nothing intrusive into that aura was permitted (E.G. I witnessed a mobile phone being banned during dinner, and realised that that type of service is what sets the Randolph apart from other hotels).

The randolph has a fantastic location right in the heart of town. The graduate king room was lovely and spacious. The staff were friendly, helping with our luggage and offering great service. Plus, the spa facilities were a perfect touch for relaxation.
